Title and Summary Senior Accountant Overview The Finance team is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant who is motivated to lead beyond traditional finance responsibilities. This role combines accounting expertise, financial analysis, and commercial insight to support business decisions, strengthen financial controls, and help maximize sustainable growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and comfortable diving deeply into financial data to identify key insights. They will bring strong accounting fundamentals, a continuous improvement mindset, and an interest in using technology and AI-enabled tools to improve accounting, reporting, and financial analysis. Role • Complete monthly reconciliations of Latin America and the Caribbean customer, merchant, and Advisors incentive programs in accordance with Mastercard Policy 700-B. • Review work orders subject to Master Services Agreement terms and conditions through the CAR Tool review and approval workflow. • Prepare accounting treatments in accordance with Mastercard policy and attach the supporting documentation to the CAR Tool approval workflow for the corresponding work order. • Review and approve purchase requisitions through the approval workflow in the Oracle procurement system. • Prepare and report

About the Team We’re looking for a Senior Intercompany Accountant who will be responsible for overseeing global intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of intercompany processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. About the Role You will serve as a key resource for all intercompany-related activities. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy problem-solving across global teams, this is the role for you. A strong background in accounting operations, internal controls, and financial systems is required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different geographies. About the Role We're looking for a talented and driven Associate Manager to lead quality, coordination, and stakeholder management for our Dasher paid acquisition program across the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You'll review and sign off on the team's campaign builds, audits, QA, testing, and reporting, while staying hands-on enough to jump into channel and media management yourself whenever a channel or media owner needs support, coverage, or a second set of eyes. You'll also be one of the main points of contact for our publisher and vendor partners (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Reddit) and drive cross-functional alignment across media, creative, and analytics teams.
