Where our analysts run and improve the day-to-day, you will build what comes next: standing up new reconciliation and control infrastructure, leading audit remediation, and scaling our operations to new products and entities. You will own cross-functional projects end to end, partner deeply with Engineering, Product, Accounting, and Finance to design and implement new systems and controls, and act as a subject-matter expert the team relies on to frame hard problems and drive them to resolution with minimal oversight. You will also raise the team around you: mentoring analysts, building the reusable AI workflows others adopt, and setting the standard for how the work gets done. About the Role Synthesia is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to help our sales organization run efficiently, scale smoothly, and make faster, better-informed decisions. You'll own the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market motion partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to keep the engine running and to surface the insights leadership needs to forecast and plan. This is a hands-on role for someone who's equally comfortable deep in Salesforce configuration as they are building a forecast model or presenting a pipeline analysis to sales leadership. About the Role Ramp needs a highly organized operator to make immigration and mobility work feel clear, responsive, and scalable. This role will spend roughly half its time coordinating active cases and employee communications in tandem with an external counsel program with embedded services, and half building the workflows, dashboards, AI tools, and operational infrastructure that reduce manual work. The Associate will operate within established policies, escalate legal or non-standard issues promptly, and streamline operations for scale. About the Role Our Employee Lifecycle team makes sure every Ramp employee has a great experience, from their first day through their last and through every change in between. As Sr. Analyst, Employee Lifecycle Data, you'll own and look after the employee data behind all of it. You'll keep our Workday data accurate and well structured, and you'll make sure it flows correctly into the systems that depend on it. This is a new role in its current scope. You'll own employee data changes from start to finish, manage the data structure that shapes our org, and set up reconciliation and error reporting across our integrations. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Procurement Operations to manage vendor onboarding and improve the systems and workflows that support the purchasing lifecycle. You will guide vendors and internal stakeholders through onboarding requirements, coordinate reviews and approvals, maintain accurate data, and resolve issues that delay requests. You will also help improve Zip and related systems by identifying process gaps, documenting requirements, testing changes, and supporting automation and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational judgment, a systems mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of requests in an evolving environment. What You’ll Do Manage vendor onboarding requests from submission through completion. Review submissions for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation.
