About the Team Our US Marketplace team is responsible for growing the DoorDash business in the US, helping customers to discover & order what’s best in their city, merchants to grow their sales, and dashers to find flexible work. About the Role The US Marketplace team is looking for a motivated and hands-on Associate Manager to join the Strategy & Operations Growth and Markets team. You will own a portfolio of projects aimed at growing the core Marketplace business, working closely with DoorDash’s product, marketing, finance, and analytics teams.You’ll have the opportunity to help grow strategic markets, identify new growth bets, incubate 0-1 experiments, and execute on a roadmap to drive growth. About the Team Within Finance & Strategy, the General & Administrative (G&A) Finance & Strategy team partners with leaders across DoorDash’s corporate functions to plan resources, track performance, and support investment decisions as the company grows. We own sales controls, revenue assurance, and order-to-cash (OTC) controls across the Merchant organization, from the signed contract, to how it is configured in our systems, to the charge a merchant sees. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Sales Compliance for our new and emerging businesses, and to run it like a strategy and operations business, not a checklist. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and team behind DoorDash’s sales controls: key SOX revenue controls, contract-to-system-to-charge reconciliations, and the systems, data, and processes that make compliant selling the default. Your mandate is to protect revenue and audit outcomes while making it easier, not harder, for Sales to grow. You will advise on complex, high-value transactions involving new data center sites, power, construction, colocation, and related infrastructure arrangements. This role is designed for a lawyer who understands how data centers are developed and operated—not a general real estate practitioner.
