What You Will Be Doing We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Associate 3D Technical Designer to help drive the evolution of digital product creation across apparel, footwear, accessories, and hard goods categories. In this role, you will partner closely with Design, Technical Design, Product Creation, and other cross-functional teams to develop high-quality 3D assets that support product development, visualization, and digital transformation initiatives throughout the organization. You will be responsible for creating realistic, production-ready 3D models and rendered assets that accurately represent product intent, materials, fit, and construction. Through a combination of technical expertise and design collaboration, you will translate product concepts into compelling digital assets while ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards. A key component of the role will involve supporting and expanding the organization’s 3D asset libraries through the creation, optimization, and management of models across multiple product categories. You will also facilitate the conversion of 3D assets between platforms and applications, optimize textures and UV maps, and prepare assets for web, animation, and other digital experiences. ROLE SUMMARY The Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) Lead is responsible for the systematic tracking, installation, and removal of laboratory equipment throughout the entire lifecycle, from acquisition through deployment, maintenance, and final disposal. Operating within an R&D environment, this role facilitates asset preplanning, site assessments, and ensures all asset-related activities are documented, tracked, and compliant with regulatory standards. By optimizing equipment usage, managing inventory, coordinating maintenance, and driving process improvements, the ALM supports efficient and safe laboratory operations while controlling costs and enabling the lab for evolving technological requirements. This is to include but not be limited to supporting the regular updates and reconciliation of the Fixed Asset Registry (FAR) and physical inventory field activities. With input from both the customer equipment owner and the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), this role will develop the correct service program for assets within EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) or Pfizer’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Additionally, this position will be responsible for the documentation of asset maintenance activities within EAMS and support site EAMS administration requiring the review of training requirements and On the Job Training (OJT) for new resources requiring system access. This role supports the execution of in vivo oncology studies that enable ADC discovery and preclinical development, including efficacy, tolerability, pharmacodynamic, and sample collection workflows.
