About the Team: The Transfer Pricing team is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s global transfer pricing framework across a rapidly growing multinational technology organization. The team supports business expansion, acquisitions, operating model evolution, intellectual property management, and global tax compliance while ensuring alignment with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local country requirements. About the Role: The Senior Transfer Pricing Associate will support the design, implementation, and documentation of global transfer pricing policies across multiple jurisdictions. Opportunity Overview: We’re looking for a senior-level automation engineer who will help raise the bar on release quality, environment reliability, and change safety across Cohere’s platform. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Platform, and SRE to build scalable automation, guardrails, and validation systems that reduce production risk while increasing delivery velocity. This is not a “test scripts only” role. You’ll shape automation strategy, embed quality into the SDLC, and help define how changes move safely from dev → staging → UAT → prod in a fast-moving healthcare platform.
