About This Role Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialist/Senior Specialist, Clinical Budgets and Contracts to assist in the financial oversight of Axsome-sponsored clinical trials. Reporting to the Associate Director, Clinical Budgets and Contracts, this role will lead CDA review and processing through execution, develop and negotiate site budgets from study start-up through close-out, and support site payments. The role will work closely with the Finance, Legal and Clinical teams. This role is based at Axsome’s HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Procurement Operations to manage vendor onboarding and improve the systems and workflows that support the purchasing lifecycle. You will guide vendors and internal stakeholders through onboarding requirements, coordinate reviews and approvals, maintain accurate data, and resolve issues that delay requests. You will also help improve Zip and related systems by identifying process gaps, documenting requirements, testing changes, and supporting automation and reporting.
