ABOUT THE ROLE As our Senior Videographer, you will lead the development of Shinola’s video tone. You will play a key role in capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with Shinola’s vision and core messaging. You will be responsible for both the technical and creative aspects of production — shooting high-quality footage, editing videos, and ensuring that all content aligns with the brands aesthetic and goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Pre-Production Collaborating with Art Director, creative and marketing teams on concepts for campaign, product, social, and brand videos. Refining story boards and scripts with creative team/Art Director. Creating shot lists and schedules in collaboration with creative project manager. Scouting locations, talent, weather and lighting pre shoot. Cinematography Executing video assets for campaigns, ecommerce, and social media. WHAT WE'RE SEEKING The Senior Accountant works with our accounting team to produce accurate and timely financial statements for internal and external use, including general ledger accounting in accordance with applicable accounting standards and a range of corporate and site accounting processes. This role works closely with the team during monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting periods, including the external audit, researches technical accounting issues, and provides guidance to accounting on how to record transactions appropriately. The Senior Accountant also partners with corporate and venue-level associates and managers to communicate financial information and contributes to special projects across accounting and finance. We are looking for someone experienced enough to work with fairly minimal oversight and who collaborates well across teams. WHAT YOU WILL DO Key Responsibilities Provide accounting support for month-end close activities, including prepaids, accruals, analysis, and response to inquiries Prepare monthly journal entries to record transactions in the appropriate accounting periods and identify accruals needed for various expense accounts Review contracts and apply ASC 842 guidance to properly account for new installations and renewals Work closely with UK and Sweden associates related to Toptracer Range revenue and cost recording, and provide updates to management on monthly results Support quarterly and annual audits, including schedule preparation and fulfilling sample selection requests Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations each period/quarter as assigned and scheduled Serve as the accounting contact for venue operations for a set number of venues Monitor and correct intercompany discrepancies throughout the period <l

This role will own the company's product costing framework, including costed bills of materials (CBOMs), standard costs, inventory valuation, manufacturing variances, overhead absorption, routings, labor standards, and related month-end close activities. The Cost Accounting Manager will also play a key role in improving inventory efficiency and reducing Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO). This individual will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, FP&A, and Finance leadership to improve visibility into inventory drivers, identify excess and slow-moving inventory, and support actions that improve working capital without compromising customer service or manufacturing continuity. The role will directly manage the Senior Plant Accountant supporting our Mexico manufacturing operation and will travel to the plant at least once per quarter. Costed Bills of Materials and Product Costing Own the creation, maintenance, review, and approval process for costed bills of materials (CBOMs).
