Role We are looking for a Senior GTM Onboarding Programs Manager to own and advance how we bring new GTM talent into our organization, leading a global program that shapes the first experience of every Account Executive, SDR, and Partner Seller who joins us. As a builder, facilitator, and innovator, you will elevate onboarding through in-person cohort experiences, self-paced learning paths, and personalized AI-driven companions that guide new hires based on their role and ramp journey.
