As an Operations Central Team (OCT) Contamination Control (CC) Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will foster a growth mindset, drive global CC engineering improvements, and standardize business processes while leveraging worldwide resources to deliver industry-benchmark solutions. You will work with process and equipment engineers to start up, develop, and optimize processes to improve product quality, reliability, yield, cost, productivity, and risk management, while resolving manufacturing issues. This role involves identifying and resolving process-related problems using methodologies such as failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC. Additional responsibilities include evaluating and optimizing processes, equipment, and materials; driving yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives; supporting new process qualifications; and managing, auditing, and collaborating with material suppliers to meet quality, cost, and risk objectives.
