The Role As a Senior Delivery Lead Manager at Capco, you will take a leading role in the successful delivery of complex modern core banking transformation programs for our financial services clients. You will combine deep delivery expertise with a strong understanding of modern core banking platforms and transformation. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and Capco colleagues to establish effective delivery structures, manage dependencies and risks, and drive programs from mobilization through implementation. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale modern core banking implementation and transformation programs, from mobilization and planning through implementation and transition. Establish effective program governance, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and controls, providing clear visibility of progress, risks and key decisions.
