In-depth understanding of analog / mixed signal circuits. Experience in Analog and Mixed signal Verification , understand the usage of tools like Virtuoso, primesim/ Finseim, Hspice, Xcellium, Simvision, Waveview. Experience in debugging complex Analog/Digital/Mixed-Signal circuits is mandatory. Hands on experience in writing Verilog Models. Verilog A/MS, RVM model writing. Hands on experience in building SPICE testbenches at Block, Fullchip Level. Hand on experience in building the COSIM/ Mixed signal verification environment. Hands on experience in SV, UVM based Verification Hands on experience in SV/PSL assertions. Good scripting skills using perl, python is a plus. Previous work experience in DRAM memory related fields and Must possess good communication, debugging skills and ability to work well in a team. Should be proactive in exploring and leveraging AI-related tools in day-to-day tasks. Proactively adopt approved AI tools to support verification workflows, scripting, and methodology improvements, maintaining full responsibility for technical decisions. Design, implementation and integration of synchronous and asynchronous custom digital block Contributing to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Analog/Memory/Logic circuits. Parasitic modeling and design validation, reticle experiments and required tape-out revisions. Overseeing and managing the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing Performing verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators Contributing to cross group communication to work towards standardization and group success.
