WHAT YOU'LL DO Drive Technical Resolution: Own and lead the end-to-end triage, failure analysis, and root cause investigation for complex PCIe Gen5/Gen6 and NVMe system-level issues, ensuring rapid resolution for manufacturing, vendors, and customers. Forge Strategic Partner Collaborations: Act as the primary on-site technical interface at vendor and customer facilities across Taiwan, driving alignment and solving high-escalation interface challenges with key SSD suppliers and flash-controller partners. In this role, you will lead the architecture and development of firmware for our industry-leading DirectFlash™ SSD Modules, which power Pure Storage platforms used by both enterprise and hyperscale customers. You will work closely with hardware engineers, controller vendors, and systems teams to design firmware architecture, bring up new hardware platforms, and improve performance and reliability. WHAT YOU'LL DO Define and drive the firmware architecture for next-generation DirectFlash™ SSD modules, including subsystem design, firmware modularization, and system integration.
