Understanding of Sales contract Management including Key contract terms pricing structures customer obligation revenue recognition renewal clauses Support in preparation of Invoice template as per the commercial contracts and ensure all Services are captured with reference to commercial terms. Proactively partner with Site Managers to address billing queries Streamline billing template requirements and support on accurate consolidation of billing data as per the billing schedule Ability to perform Monthly Revenue analysis by identifying trends variances Effectively manage Sales accrual process if Invoices are not billed. Proactively chase for conversion of Invoices against sales accrual. Processing of Invoices to ERP Knowledge on cash application process Follow up with Sites/Clients as and queries related to Billing & Debtors Reconciliation Query resolution by interfacing with multiple stakeholders Adherence to TAT for processing of Invoicing Understanding of AR related process and reporting is preferred. Familiarity with collections cash application ageing analysis is desirable.
