Your role at Baxter As a Senior Financial Analyst within Baxter’s Corporate FP&A organization, you will play a highly visible role supporting two of the company’s most important priorities: global cash flow forecasting and capital investment governance. Reporting directly to a Senior Finance Manager, you will partner with finance leaders, operations teams, engineering, procurement, Treasury, and FP&A colleagues across the company to help drive better investment decisions and improve visibility into Baxter’s financial performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership, including the Corporate FP&A organization and enterprise capital governance processes. The Position CallRail is looking for a highly analytical and detail oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A you will be responsible for pulling together reports and analysis to support the decision making of the Executive and Leadership teams. Additionally, you will partner closely with various departments, Talent & Culture and Accounting to improve our internal financial processes and help advance the operating objectives of the business. What You'll Do Monitor and analyze budget/forecast variances each month and work with department leadership to help make operating decisions. Run monthly variance analysis for assigned departments and work with department leaders to ensure all expected expenses are planned in the forecast. Manage the company’s financial model, building new components to align with current business initiatives, while streamlining reporting and usability of the model. Assist with the preparation of the monthly forecast and annual budget. Adjust the financial forecast model to reflect expected revenue and expenses as needed. Prepare monthly financial packages, KPIs, and other analyses/reports using systems like Looker, Netsuite, Zuora, and Salesforce. Develop new revenue forecasting capabilities and systems for communicating changes. Collaborate with Talent and Culture on position and headcount tracking/forecasting Provide modeling and analysis to support pricing decisions led by the Product Marketing team.
