Overview We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Financial Controller to join a unique role spanning both THG Ingenuity and a private Family Office portfolio. This role is the finance lead for King Street Townhouse Hotel and Hale Country Club, whilst helping develop the governance, reporting and financial capability of a growing Family Office portfolio Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will lead a small finance team and act as a trusted business partner to operational management, providing insight, challenge and financial leadership across multiple businesses. This role offers a rare combination of hospitality, commercial finance and family office exposure, making it an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Financial Controller looking to broaden their experience beyond a traditional finance environment. Ensuring balance sheet is reconciled on a monthly basis with appropriate documentation that is audit ready. Ensure revenue and cost recognition are aligned with GAAP and IFRS. Streamline month end process to reduce manual elements and to meet 5-day turnaround for Envoy Global reporting. VAT and Tax Management: Ensure preparation, review, and timely filing of VAT returns and other tax obligations.
