As we continues to expand our international operations, we are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Senior Management Accountant to oversee the financial activities of the company, ensuring accurate month end and year-end financial reporting, compliance with tax and VAT regulations, budget and forecast participation, cash forecasting, and banking duties. This role requires a strong experienced accountant with the ability to consistently meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy along with excellent analytical and communication to skills to work with the overall business to drive financial performance. An ability to solve problems quickly and creatively along with improving existing processes is expected. Responsible mainly for UK business unit along with oversight of smaller entities in India, Hong Kong, and Germany. What You’ll Do: Month-End Close and Reporting: Monthly close activities such as journal entries for more complex accounting areas. Preparation of monthly reporting including revenue details and variance analyses with commentary. Ensuring balance sheet is reconciled on a monthly basis with appropriate documentation that is audit ready. Ensure revenue and cost recognition are aligned with GAAP and IFRS. Streamline month end process to reduce manual elements and to meet 5-day turnaround for Envoy Global reporting.
