Senior Front-end Engineer

Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain, from clinical development to clinical care. For Life Sciences partners, we offer the leading at-home EEG platform for clinical development of novel therapeutics for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders. Our Diagnostics business is building the most comprehensive at-home platform for precision diagnostics, combining EEG and cardiopulmonary signals to deliver reimbursable assessments for sleep and central nervous system disorders. Together, we're changing the way patients are diagnosed and treated for any disorder that affects brain physiology. What You Will Be Doing: You will join Beacon's Clinical Implementation team, reporting to the National Clinical Implementation Director. This is a remote, US-based individual contributor role anchored in our East territory, with travel to customer sites across your assigned region. The role does not carry direct reports, but you will mentor peers and newer specialists and may direct the work of others on implementation projects. You will own the clinical and operational implementation of Beacon's diagnostic solutions for assigned customers, guiding sleep labs, health systems, and provider organizations from contract pre-signature through confident, sustained daily use of our products. Day to day, that means delivering demos, building implementation plans, running clinical education and training, supporting go-lives, and coaching accounts through adoption after launch. This is not a traditional implementation role focused only on deployment and go-live milestones. Your impact is measured by sustained usage, behavioral adoption, and long-term workflow integration. At this level, your influence extends beyond your own accounts: you set the standards, playbooks, and best practices the broader team works from, and you help shape where the clinical implementation function goes over the next several quarters. The role is highly cross-functional and re

What you will be doing: Beacon Biosignals is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and day-to-day product decisions for our clinician- and site-facing web application, the primary way clinicians, clinical research sites, and trial teams interact with Beacon's machine-learning-enabled brain health platform. This role reports to the Manager, Web Applications. In this role, you’ll work within Beacon's Web Apps team to drive major development milestones for the next generation of Beacon's web applications for clinicians and clinical sites. You’ll shape product direction in partnership with the team’s manager and turn it into quarterly plans your team can execute against. You’ll be a clear, credible voice for the product with external users and internal stakeholders such as Beacon’s clinical, scientific, regulatory, and commercial teams. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based near Beacon HQ in Boston, or another Beacon hub (e.g., New York City). What success looks like: Build deep knowledge of clinicians, sleep technicians, site coordinators, investigators, and sponsor teams, and use it to ensure the roadmap reflects their real needs and Beacon's business goals. Own a single product that serves both diagnostic and clinical trial workflows, identifying where needs overlap and diverge, and make clear, well-reasone

As a Senior Mobile Engineer focused on device connectivity, you'll help power Beacon's mission by building the native iOS and Android BLE layer that connects our EEG headbands and other wearables to the apps patients and clinicians rely on. Your work will determine how reliably we capture high-fidelity data in homes, clinics, and trial sites. This isn't just another app. You'll build tools that help unlock insights into neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders, with the potential to improve lives at scale. Beacon's robust asynchronous work practices ensure a first-class remote work experience, and we also have in-person office hubs in Boston and New York. For this position we will consider candidates based anywhere in the US Eastern time zone. As part of Beacon's analytics and machine learning domain, you'll work alongside fellow data scientists, neuroscientists, engineers, and clinicians to scope, build, deploy, and maintain the machine and deep learning models that analyze brain and biosignal data for advancing sleep, neurological, and psychiatric therapy development. At Beacon, we've found that cultural and scientific impact is driven most by those who lead by example. As such, we're always seeking out new contributors whose work demonstrates innate curiosity, a bias toward simplicity, an eye for composability, a self-service mindset, and—most of all—a deep empathy toward colleagues, stakeholders, users, and patients. Beacon is hiring a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to own our contracting process end to end. We are looking for a highly experienced contracts professional with a paralegal or contracts administration background. What matters most is your negotiation expertise, not the credential behind it. You will report directly to the General Counsel and be Beacon’s primary point of contact for drafting, negotiating, and closing customer and supplier agreements, including pharma and biopharma collaboration agreements, clinical trial services agreements, home sleep testing partnerships, and vendor and supplier contracts. Because patient EEG and sleep data is Beacon’s core commercial asset, you will need to be fluent in data rights: ownership, licensing scope, and secondary-use restrictions. You should also have a working knowledge of the HIPAA and GDPR issues that commonly arise in life sciences and health data contracting. Beacon's robust asynchronous work practices ensure a first-class remote work experience, but we also have in-person office hubs located in Boston and New York. What You’ll Do Own the full contract lifecycle for customer and vendor agreements: drafting, negotiation, redlining, and execution from initial term sheet through signature and integration with Beacon systems.
