Understanding of the modern Machine Learning stack, for example: - Knowledge of contemporary transformer architectures (e.g., GQA, KV-caching) and best practices. - Experience in distributed training techniques. - Familiarity with optimisation strategies for model inference (e.g., dynamic batching, flash attention, speculative decoding).
