Work Location/ Schedule: Hybrid 4 days/week on-site at our Vernon HQ The Role: Senior Accountant Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in the monthly close, financial reporting, audit support, and continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls. This is a hands-on role for a high-performing accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is motivated to make impact. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious and proactive—you dig into data and transactions, identify root causes, and bring forward solutions rather than simply identifying problems.
