About the Team The Dasher & Logistics team supports the millions of Dashers who power DoorDash's marketplace. Dasher Financial is our bet that the financial system serving gig workers should be built by the platform they already work on. From instant access to earnings, to bill pay and savings, to credit-building tools, our goal is to become the financial home for Dashers. Our banking product serves 2M+ monthly active Dashers, and the business has more than doubled in the past year. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Manager to run our banking business, and to grow into the GM of it. This is a business already at scale: millions of users, it generates real revenue, and it runs on a regulated program with a sponsor bank and processor partners. But the business is also early enough that the decisions you make will help determine what this becomes. The first twelve months are about making the business stronger on every axis at once: growing the user base and the revenue levers that already work, taking down the cost to serve, and pulling more of the banking operation under our own control. These three pull against each other, and deciding how to trade them off against the P&L is the job. You'll also be the face of this business outside the company. Our processor, program manager, and sponsor bank determine what we can build, how fast, and at what cost. You'll own those relationships, hold partners to what they committed to, and sit at the table when we negotiate the next set of terms. This is a commercial role as much as an operational one. And you'll lead the team that runs it, hiring and developing operators who own their surfaces while staying hands-on yourself. This role is responsible for managing a distributed network operations team, ensuring high availability across LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, cloud, and on-premise environments. Key Responsibilities Manage the stability, performance, security, and availability of Natera’s global enterprise network, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, firewalls, VPN, cloud, and on-premise environments. Lead a team of network engineers, providing coaching, prioritization, and technical guidance. Execute network operations initiatives aligned with the broader IT infrastructure strategy, including automation, resiliency, lifecycle management, and performance improvements. Serve as an escalation point for high-severity network incidents, coordinating troubleshooting, communication, root cause analysis, and service restoration. Job Purpose The Senior Manager, Additive Fleet is responsible for the day-to-day performance of Hyliion's laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) printer fleet in Austin, which produces the complex, high-density metal heat exchanger hardware in the KARNO Core. This hardware can only be produced through metal additive manufacturing, so Hyliion's ability to build KARNO at scale depends directly on the health, uptime, and throughput of the fleet. The role leads the technicians and operators who run and maintain the machines, and owns preventive maintenance strategy, machine health monitoring, and decisions on hardware and software upgrades. The fleet runs the full range of Colibrium Additive LPBF platforms, including new machine technology being adopted in real time, and a primary focus is reducing machine-to-machine variation and building repeatable processes across machine models.
