Position Summary The Senior Manager, Integrated Communications will lead the strategic planning and execution of IOPE’s brand voice and presence across social media, influencer marketing, and public relations. Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing Monitor analytics and metrics to gauge success of social media posts and campaigns. Research social media trends that relate to target audience’s interest. Manage a social media content calendar for various channels, planning and scheduling posts in advance. Maintain a cohesive social media strategy across various channels to achieve high levels of user engagement. Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand Collaborate with the marketing team to grow the company’s network and target new followers. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
