The Role As a Senior Manager specializing in Payments at Capco, you will advise banks and other financial institutions on complex payments challenges, helping clients respond to changing customer expectations, regulatory requirements and developments across the payments ecosystem. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders across Payments, Operations, Product, Technology, Risk and Compliance, supporting engagements spanning payments strategy, operating model transformation, regulatory change and the modernization of payments capabilities. This is a senior advisory role combining deep payments knowledge, consulting expertise and strong stakeholder management. You will help clients assess opportunities and challenges, define target-state solutions and deliver sustainable change while contributing to the continued development of Capco’s Payments offering in Poland.
