The Customer Growth & Experience (CGX) team owns the full customer lifecycle - from the moment a customer lands on plaid.com to their journey across onboarding, activation, adoption, and long-term success. Within CGX, the Growth team owns Plaid's highest-leverage revenue levers. We optimize the self-serve funnel from a customer's first onboarding step through go-live and scale, build the upsell motion that expands existing customers, partner with GTM to remove friction from the sales flow, and own the premium enterprise features that unlock our largest customers. We operate data-first, using funnel analytics and experimentation to find and prioritize the bets that move the business. As a Product Manager on the Growth team, you'll own one of Plaid's highest-leverage revenue surfaces: the self-serve funnel that takes customers from their first onboarding step through go-live and scale. You'll work to increase acquisition, reduce friction, and improve revenue efficiency across the SMB and long-tail base. What You’ll Do As our Senior Product Manager, you will own a meaningful area of our product portfolio while managing three Product Managers who lead other products across Blockworks. Your specific product ownership will be shaped by your experience and where you can have the greatest impact. Develop Product Managers: Set clear expectations and give direct feedback to help PMs grow while maintaining real ownership over their products. Develop Product Strategy: Turn customer needs, company objectives, and market opportunities into clear priorities. Make difficult tradeoffs and keep teams focused on the highest-value problems. Understand Our Customers: Spend time with exchanges, institutional investors, enterprises, and crypto companies to develop deep customer intuition and identify problems worth solving. Our mission is to develop reliable AI systems for the world's most important decisions We're looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to build and own Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio — the data, environments, and evaluations frontier labs use to train and measure security capability in their models. This is a build role: you will define the strategy and standards for a product line that does not exist yet. Security is where the hardest problems in agentic AI now sit. An agent that can find a vulnerability, prove it reproduces, and patch it without breaking the system is doing work that takes a skilled human days. Measuring that honestly requires reproducible execution environments at scale and practitioners who have actually done the work. Scale has the first, proven across SWE-Bench Pro, SWE Atlas, and our contributions to the Terminal-Bench lineage. You will build the second. You Will Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio across training data, RL environments, agentic task suites, and evaluation products — and stand the product line up end to end, from task taxonomy and sourcing through pricing and first external release. Define the capability map we train and measure against: vulnerability discovery, proof-of-concept reproduction, patch generation and regression safety, secure code review, supply-chain analysis, malware and binary analysis, detection engineering, and incident triage. ROLE SUMMARY PGS’s Environmental Sustainability team manages environmental sustainability risks and opportunities across the enterprise and drives the integration of sustainability into business strategy, operations, product development, and supply chain management to support Pfizer’s 2040 Net Zero commitment and broader environmental ambitions. In this role, the Environmental Senior Manager is responsible for developing strategies and solutions related to climate, biodiversity and nature, and product sustainability programs across Pfizer’s internal and external manufacturing network, which includes leading projects and programs both within PGS and across Pfizer, and developing and managing plans to achieve objectives. The role applies advanced knowledge of environmental sustainability and related disciplines to design programs that enable the organization to meet strategic objectives, while anticipating internal and external business, regulatory, and compliance issues. The role partners with External Supply and Procurement to progress net zero delivery with suppliers and serves as an advisor across the organization by providing technical support and guidance, and by working collaboratively to solve problems.
