At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Build the future of data with the Snowflake Data Catalog, Collaboration, and Marketplace team. Snowflake Design is a world-class team of curious problem solvers on a mission to evolve and improve the way the world works with data. Great design is a strategic differentiator for Snowflake — but that differentiation doesn’t come automatically. We’re looking for talented, collaborative, and technical designers to join the team and drive the mission forward while doing career-defining work. At Snowflake, Product Designers identify opportunities, shape the vision of our products, and ensure we’re delivering highly crafted, honed products that our customers love. As we continue to develop new products and push our existing products forward, we’re looking for Designers to redefine the future of working with data, from 0 -> 1. Product Designers at Snowflake work across data visualization, data catalog, marketplace experiences, collaboration, governance, and AI-powered workflows. We are specifically looking for designers who can work natively with AI as a material of design: shaping agentic experiences, designing for trust and transparency, prototyping quickly in code and AI tooling, and partnering closely with engineering, PM and data science to bring intelligent product experien

What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most design hires inherit a system. You'll build it. As a founding designer, you'll partner with the founders and engineering to define how Mutiny looks, feels, and behaves, from the first interaction with the creative agent to the final published asset. They have high standards and strong opinions and you'll hear from them constantly. The patterns you set become the shared language for what AI-native GTM software feels like. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own The end-to-end product. From the first interaction with the creative agent to the final published asset. Design new surfaces, rethink existing ones, and figure out which tedious parts of GTM work AI should take over so customers spend their time being strategic. The creative agent's output. The work the agent produces matters as much as the surface around it. Partner with engineering on better defaults, smarter constraints, and stronger adherence to brand guidelines. An AI that's genuinely creative and knows how to color inside the lines when it needs to. Taste as a system. Curate what good looks like. Build the feedback loops that make the model's output sharper every week. Decide what ships and what doesn't. The design system. Components, patterns, and guardrails that let prod

Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for building platform features that impact UX at a massive scale. As a member of AAA, you’ll work across a breadth of problem spaces on deeply technical topics, such as governance, access, teams, identity, and multi-org UX. You’ll lead design for features that mediate how Datadog’s biggest customers use the platform and manage what their employees can see and do. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do AAA is a highly technical product environment, where designers strive to understand the technical workflows, constraints and opportunities within this domain. Tight feedback loops let your team iterate quickly, building towards an ideal vision for the best possible experience while you ship incremental steps towards that goal. In addition to making the work, you will also share your work with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, all the way up to executive leadership level. Your crisp context setting and clear description of your solution will help people understand your choices and sell them on your proposal. Your work will up-level the quality bar for what an admin experience can look like. While you’ll leverage Datadog’s design system where it makes sense, you won’t let it prevent broad exploration of different design patterns in the service of finding the optimal solu
