We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Robotics & Autonomy to define and execute the product strategy for some of the most critical capabilities in our robotics platform. You'll work at the intersection of robotics, autonomy, AI, and software engineering to translate business priorities, customer needs, and technical opportunities into a clear product roadmap that drives measurable outcomes. As Product Manager for Curative, you will own this agent portfolio end to end — what the agents do next, how precisely they're specified, and whether customers actually use them. If you've built AI agents and want to put them to work at national scale, this is a good fit. What You'll Work On Qualia is looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to help lead go-to-market strategy across our product portfolio. As a key member of the Product Marketing team, this individual will manage go-to-market initiatives, lead product and feature launches and integrated campaigns, develop messaging and positioning, support sales enablement, and produce content such as product collateral, videos, and customer case studies. This highly collaborative role partners closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. About the Team The Dasher & Logistics team supports the millions of Dashers who power DoorDash's marketplace. Dasher Financial is our bet that the financial system serving gig workers should be built by the platform they already work on. From instant access to earnings, to bill pay and savings, to credit-building tools, our goal is to become the financial home for Dashers. Our banking product serves 2M+ monthly active Dashers, and the business has more than doubled in the past year. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Manager to run our banking business, and to grow into the GM of it. This is a business already at scale: millions of users, it generates real revenue, and it runs on a regulated program with a sponsor bank and processor partners. But the business is also early enough that the decisions you make will help determine what this becomes. The first twelve months are about making the business stronger on every axis at once: growing the user base and the revenue levers that already work, taking down the cost to serve, and pulling more of the banking operation under our own control. These three pull against each other, and deciding how to trade them off against the P&L is the job. You'll also be the face of this business outside the company. Our processor, program manager, and sponsor bank determine what we can build, how fast, and at what cost. You'll own those relationships, hold partners to what they committed to, and sit at the table when we negotiate the next set of terms. This is a commercial role as much as an operational one. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON As the Senior Manager of Customer Education, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of the programs and resources that help Qualia customers build proficiency, adopt our products, and achieve long-term value. You will oversee Qualia’s customer education ecosystem, including Qualia University, the Knowledge Base, customer-facing educational content, one-to-many programming, and one-to-one instructor-led training. You will also lead the growth of Qualia’s new paid customer training service, developing the programs, operating models, and delivery standards needed to scale training as a consistent and valuable professional service.
