Position Summary We are seeking a client-facing Technical Solution Lead to join our Professional Services organization. This role serves as the hands-on technical solution owner for enterprise SaaS implementations, partnering closely with clients to translate business objectives into implementation-ready solutions. The Technical Solution Lead works alongside a Project Delivery Lead and is supported by Senior Architects, Business Analysts, and Technical Business Analysts. While Senior Architects provide architectural governance and make complex design decisions, the Technical Solution Lead owns the day-to-day technical solutioning effort throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and client-facing skills who aspires to become a Solution Architect. What You'll Do Client Solution Leadership Serve as the day-to-day technical leader for a client implementation. You will need to be comfortable working with developers to build solutions in TypeScript. The platform you will build on also requires deep SQL knowledge.. This role is dedicated to one client at a time, allowing you to focus 100%. Facilitate technical discovery and solution design working sessions with client stakeholders.
