About the Team You will join Capco's financial services consulting team and work with business leaders, technology teams and external partners on a major cards program. The assignment involves close collaboration across an international banking group, bringing together stakeholders with different priorities to deliver a coordinated program. The Role We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the business delivery of a complex cards program. You will take ownership of program planning, governance and delivery, ensuring that objectives, resources, budgets and dependencies remain aligned. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, group-level teams and an external service provider. The role calls for someone who can combine a strategic view with disciplined execution, make informed decisions and maintain momentum across multiple projects and teams. This is a hybrid role based in Brussels, with regular travel to Paris for program and stakeholder meetings. What You Will Do Develop and maintain integrated program plans, aligning milestones, dependencies and delivery priorities across workstreams. Establish and manage program governance, including decision-making, escalation and reporting processes. Prepare and lead program boards and steering committees, presenting progress, risks and decisions clearly. Manage relationships with business and IT stakeholders, international group teams and external suppliers.
