You will support the 5-star standard by executing quality reviews, testing coordination, and DFMEA analysis across assigned NPD programs, working under the direction of the Product Excellence team to help ensure products are safe, certified, and consumer-validated ahead of launch. Product Excellence's mandate is simple: every product SharkNinja ships should earn and sustain 5 stars. This role supports that mandate by executing the day-to-day quality engineering work — testing coordination, DFMEA tracking, and build-review support — that underpins each launch. This role requires strong technical execution and clear communication.
