About the Team The Future of Computing Research team is an Applied Research team within the Consumer Devices group focused on developing new methods and models as we advance forward in our mission of building AGI that benefits all of humanity. As a Software Engineer on the Future of Computing Research team, you will work together with both the best ML researchers in the world and the greatest design talent of our generation to push the frontier of model capabilities. About the Role We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team to build tools and services that enable AI research, evaluation, and data generation workflows. The best work in this role will start with an ambiguous design question and turn it into working research systems. You will work closely with researchers, designers, and engineers to build the evaluation systems, synthetic data generation pipelines, review tools, and supporting platform services. The goal is to make these workflows easier to create, run, and trust without requiring bespoke engineering support for each new design concept. You will help ensure that research artifacts have a clear lifecycle, runs are reproducible and observable, and results provide useful evidence for product and model-training decisions while the underlying systems remain reliable and reusable. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Build web applications, APIs, data models, and backend services for AI research workflows. Build tools to author and manage evaluation tasks, rubrics, graders, suites, and rollout configurations, including workflows for publishing, versioning, auditing, and sharing research artifacts. Automate evaluation runs and generate useful reports for design, research, and engineering teams. Support synthetic data generation workflows for multimodal and conversational research, including tools that comb

By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for Senior Software Engineers to join our team. This is a specialized, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of high-performance computing (HPC) and Large Language Model (LLM) engineering. You will not just be building the automated "speedometer and diagnostic" suite for our next-generation AI infrastructure; you will be defining the roadmap, driving key technical decisions, and taking full ownership of the future of this work. RESPONSIBILITIES Benchmarking : Evaluate, run and automate standard LLM quality benchmarks (GSM8K, MMLU) alongside custom performance suites for specific workloads (e.g., long-context window, KV cache reuse, disaggregated serving). DevEx Improvement : Develop and maintain internal GPU-enabled development environments (similar to GitHub Codespaces). You will ensure the team has seamless, high-performance "dev machines" optimized for model experimentation. Tool Development : Build and contribute to open-source tools such as InferenceMAX and genai-bench to automate model evaluation, benchmarking and analysis. System Profiling : Use profilers like PyTorch Profiler, NVIDIA Nsight Systems and py-spy to collect performance profiles, identify bottlenecks, and debug the compute/networking stack. Monitoring & Observability : Develop real-time dashboards and alerts to monitor system health, model startup times, and runtime performance. Continuous Integration : Auto

The Opportunity Typography is central to how ideas are communicated. If you're passionate about beautifully created design, have deep curiosity about what AI can do, and take personal responsibility for creating products that people love; then this may be the role for you. Adobe Fonts supports millions of creatives in choosing and using typefaces across fonts.adobe.com, Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and more Creative Cloud platforms. Our Internal Services team provides the platform engineering and deployment backbone for all of these. We manage CI/CD, deployment approaches, the services and data layers our engineers depend on, our observability and security stance, and increasingly the agentic tools that transform how our entire organization delivers software. We're seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to lead this exciting journey in our San Francisco location. What you'll do Own and evolve our deployment platform. Lead strategy for CI/CD, PR environments, and release safety across a mixed fleet that includes containerized services, serverless services, and static front ends. Build the foundation for AI-accelerated development. Help build our agent factory and grow our internal agentic toolkit and skill library. Ship inference applications at scale. Take greenfield services from spec to production and standardize our ML/inference footprint. Modernize our services for the AI era. Identify where an existing service is held back by its current build and lead the fix. Rethink our security posture for agentic threats. Lead how we secure autonomous agents and their tool use. Expose Adobe Fonts to the agentic ecosystem. Extend our Model Context Protocol (MCP) surface and conversational, intent-based font discovery. Work higher up the stack, too. Contribute directly to search, browse, discovery, and the customer-facing experie

About the Team OpenAI's research training infrastructure powers how our frontier models are trained and evaluated. The Simulation team sits at the intersection between the agentic harness that powers OpenAI's products and the research infrastructure where GPT-next is trained, ensuring that our model's training environment is as realistic as possible. This team owns the integration layer that connects our production harness capabilities into the training stack. The work is highly cross-functional and high leverage: researchers depend on it to run experiments and evaluations reliably as well as to develop the next generation of harness capabilities. Failures in this surface can materially affect training velocity and correctness. About the Role We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead the architecture and evolution of the Simulation Platform. You'll own a critical interface between research and engineering, building the systems, APIs, and operational patterns that let researchers use agentic coding infrastructure safely and effectively in training environments. This role is ideal for a senior backend or infrastructure engineer with strong technical judgment, product sense for highly technical users, and the ability to drive execution across multiple teams. The highest-leverage work is building robust infrastructure that supports and accelerates research without compromising engineering quality. In this role, you will Design, build, and evolve the integration between the Codex harness that powers OpenAI's products and research training infrastructure used for training GPT-next Build a platform for our LLMs to train and be evaluated in simulated environments that mimic their deployment setting as closely as possible, on every axis: agentic harness, compute substrate, timing, tools, data sources, humans in the loop, and more Own major integration surfaces end-to-end, from architecture and API design through rollout, operations, and long-term maintenance Bu

About the Team Enterprise Verticals builds role-specific ChatGPT Work experiences for high-value enterprise workflows. We combine product engineering, plugins and skills, connectors, data, evaluations, and customer evidence to turn useful demos into reliable daily work. This opening sits within the Technology vertical inside Enterprise Verticals. The group focuses on repeatable workflows for people at technology companies, beginning with functions such as data and analytics, sales, and design, and carries the shared platform needs—tool integration, permissions, quality measurement, and safe rollout—across those experiences. We work closely with Design, Research, GTM, Security, and platform teams, as well as with customers and design partners. Success means that people can reach a trustworthy first result, understand what the system did, and keep using the workflow—not merely that a prototype exists. About the Role We are looking for an exceptionally experienced, hands-on full-stack engineer to define and build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise workflows. You will take on the hardest and most ambiguous problems in the Technology vertical: translating real customer needs into product direction, designing the systems behind the experience, and personally writing and shipping production-quality code across the stack. You will own the technical direction and end-to-end delivery of products spanning ChatGPT Work surfaces, backend services, plugins, connectors, enterprise data, permissions, and evaluations. You will make foundational architecture and product tradeoffs; establish patterns other engineers can build on; and hold these experiences to a high bar for reliability, security, observability, and customer value. This is an individual-contributor role for an engineer who leads through technical judgment, direct execution, and influence—not people management. You should be equally comfortable working directly with customers, setting direction with senior cro
