SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. About the team The Growth & Product Platform team builds the full-stack systems and services that power user onboarding, trial activation, product discovery, and intelligent engagement across Snowflake. Our mission is to build reliable services, experimentation infrastructure, and data-driven capabilities that help users discover and adopt the full value of the AI Data Cloud. As part of our team, you will work across the full stack: React and TypeScript frontends, Go and Node.js/TypeScript backend services, Java platform integrations, and SQL-based data platforms. A key area of focus is driving Snowflake's product-led growth (PLG) motion and developer adoption initiatives for Cortex Code, our AI-powered development environment. We design in-product discovery mechanisms, intelligent prompts, and contextual starter experiences that guide users to relevant workflows and deepen engagement. We balance rigorous platform engineering with fast-paced product iteration, caring deeply about building systems that are reliable, maintainable, and observable. Snowflake is growing fast, and we are looking for strong engineers to help scale the platform capabilities driving our core product growth. AS A SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER FOR THE GROWTH & PRODUCT PLATFORM TEAM, YOU WILL: Desig

Join us in building the future of finance. Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. About the team + role We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. The Load and Fault team sits within Robinhood's Developer Infrastructure organization, with a mission to give every engineering team the tools they need to test their services under real-world conditions before those conditions test them in production. We build the platforms and frameworks that enable load testing, fault injection, and resilience validation at scale — treating reliability as a developer productivity problem, not just an operations one. Our work directly raises the quality bar for every service Robinhood ships, and we partner closely with engineering teams across the organization to make resilience testing a seamless part of the development workflow. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Load and Fault Environments team, you will design and build the infrastructure that lets Robinhood's engineers simulate

The Billing & Payments Platform team builds Snowflake's central data repository and infrastructure for customer resource consumption, revenue processing, invoicing, andreporting. Our systems power Snowflake's business and enable every other engineering team — and the architectures we ship double as reference patterns for our customers building on Snowflake. Computing Snowflake's bills, at its core, is a challenging distributed systems problem: real-time usage metering across every cloud and region, and supporting an ever-evolving catalog of pricing models — including the new commercial constructs we are inventing for Cortex AI, Snowflake Intelligence, and the broader agentic AI portfolio . Our applications must meet strict requirements for accuracy, auditability, and low-latency processing. This is a deeply cross-functional role. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. There is only one Data Cloud. Snowflake’s founders started from scratch and designed a data platform built for the cloud that is effective, affordable, and accessible to all data users. But it didn’t stop there. They engineered Snowflake to power the Data Cloud, where thousands of organizations unlock the value of their data with near-unlimited scale, concurrency, and performance. This is our vision: a world with endless insights to tackle the challenges and opportunities of today and reveal the possibilities of tomorrow. FoundationDB (FDB) is an open source, highly scalable database capable of ACID transactions at high frequencies and low latencies. FDB has been a core component in Snowflake's unique shared-metadata architecture since 2014, making possible Snowflake's vision to build the greatest data warehouse for the cloud. FDB performs millions of transactions per second across thousands of processes.
