About the team + role We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. Robinhood is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Build team: the small, high-leverage team that turns the company's best AI-built prototypes into true enterprise-grade services. Robinhood has gone all-in on an AI-accelerated workforce: every week, Hoodies across Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and beyond use sanctioned AI tools to build working prototypes of the tools they wish they had. You assess it, decide what survives, often the idea and the workflow, rarely the code, and rebuild it as an enterprise-grade, production-spec service that meets our full engineering standards: SSO, audit logging, secrets management, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and security review, baked in from the first commit. While you build, you work directl
