About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. A majority of our users interact with our products in languages other than English, and our products must work seamlessly across languages, regions, and cultures. The Internationalization team builds the infrastructure that enables OpenAI products to ship globally by default. We develop the systems that power localization, international product launches, and high-quality global user experiences across all OpenAI products. About the Role As a Senior Software Engineer on the Internationalization team, you will build the systems that power localization and international product launches at OpenAI. You’ll work on the platform that manages product content, translation workflows, and localization infrastructure across our products. This role sits at the intersection of AI systems, developer platforms, and product infrastructure. In this role, you will Build and scale OpenAI’s localization, content, and experimentation platform used across OpenAI product teams, including open-source components: Develop AI-powered translation pipelines combined with human-in-the-loop review workflows. Design systems that reliably deliver localized product content across web and mobile apps. Build tools that enable linguists and localization teams to review and improve translations. Develop developer tooling that simplifies localization and internationalization workflows. Build and maintain internationalization libraries used across OpenAI products: Design systems that correctly handle numbers, currencies, dates, and pluralization across locales. Improve support for multilingual interfaces and right-to-left languages. Partner with product teams to improve the international readiness of new features. You might thrive in this role if you Have strong software engineering experience building backend or full-stack systems. Have familiarity with Java, React, MySQL, and cloud infrastructure p

About the Team Security is at the foundation of OpenAI’s mission to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Identity Infrastructure Engineering team sits at the core of this effort, designing and building the identity and access management solutions that protect our model weights, customer data, and critical systems across multiple cloud environments. We partner with teams across OpenAI—Applied Engineering, Research, IT, and Security—to provide a secure and scalable platform for permissioning, orchestration, and innovative AI research. About the Role We’re looking for a Staff+ Software Engineer to help build and evolve the identity infrastructure that supports OpenAI’s research, engineering, and internal platforms. This role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, identity systems, and software engineering. You’ll work across production systems, infrastructure-as-code, cloud control planes, identity providers, and operational infrastructure to build secure, scalable, and reliable systems used broadly across the company. The ideal candidate has experience building and operating large-scale, mission-critical systems with strong reliability and security requirements, and is comfortable writing production code, designing distributed systems, and driving ambiguous projects from 0 to 1 while building the operational rigor needed to run critical infrastructure over time. In this role, you will: Lead the architecture, development, and operation of identity infrastructure that spans cloud platforms, internal systems, and critical engineering services. Design and evolve systems for authentication, authorization, access governance, auditability, and policy enforcement with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and secure-by-default design. Build foundational infrastructure and platform capabilities that are broadly used across engineering, research, and security teams. Improve the reliability, observability, performance, and op

About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role A strong and reliable platform is essential to scaling Sentry for the future. Our Platform organization is responsible for everything that powers Sentry, from cloud infrastructure and streaming systems to storage, deployment, and security. We own the core services and technical foundations that enable every product and engineering team at Sentry to move fast and build with confidence. We’re looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to set technical direction across Sentry’s Platform organization and lead engineering work spanning infrastructure, streaming, and storage. Reporting directly to the VP of Platform Engineering , you’ll partner with engineering and product leaders to identify where our platform needs to evolve, make architectural decisions across team boundaries, and lead those changes through production delivery. You’ll stay hands-on through system design, prototyping, and code while helping senior and staff engineers lead work across teams. What You’ll Do Set technical direction for platform initiatives spanning multiple teams, connecting architectural decisions to product needs and business priorities. Identify and lead changes addressing system bottlenecks, reliability risks, and architectural constraints. Own cross-team initiatives from problem definition and design through implementation, rollout, and evaluation. Make tradeoffs across reliability, performance, cost, operational complexity, and delivery speed. Stay hands-on where your contribution matters most, writing code, building prototypes, and helping teams resolve difficult implementation problems. Partner with engineering and product
