What you will be doing: Beacon Biosignals is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and day-to-day product decisions for our clinician- and site-facing web application, the primary way clinicians, clinical research sites, and trial teams interact with Beacon's machine-learning-enabled brain health platform. This role reports to the Manager, Web Applications. In this role, you’ll work within Beacon's Web Apps team to drive major development milestones for the next generation of Beacon's web applications for clinicians and clinical sites. You’ll shape product direction in partnership with the team’s manager and turn it into quarterly plans your team can execute against. You’ll be a clear, credible voice for the product with external users and internal stakeholders such as Beacon’s clinical, scientific, regulatory, and commercial teams. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based near Beacon HQ in Boston, or another Beacon hub (e.g., New York City). What success looks like: Build deep knowledge of clinicians, sleep technicians, site coordinators, investigators, and sponsor teams, and use it to ensure the roadmap reflects their real needs and Beacon's business goals. What You Will Be Doing: You will join Beacon's Clinical Implementation team, reporting to the National Clinical Implementation Director. This is a remote, US-based individual contributor role anchored in our East territory, with travel to customer sites across your assigned region. The role does not carry direct reports, but you will mentor peers and newer specialists and may direct the work of others on implementation projects. You will own the clinical and operational implementation of Beacon's diagnostic solutions for assigned customers, guiding sleep labs, health systems, and provider organizations from contract pre-signature through confident, sustained daily use of our products. Day to day, that means delivering demos, building implementation plans, running clinical education and training, supporting go-lives, and coaching accounts through adoption after launch. This is not a traditional implementation role focused only on deployment and go-live milestones. Your impact is measured by sustained usage, behavioral adoption, and long-term workflow integration. As a Senior Mobile Engineer focused on device connectivity, you'll help power Beacon's mission by building the native iOS and Android BLE layer that connects our EEG headbands and other wearables to the apps patients and clinicians rely on. Your work will determine how reliably we capture high-fidelity data in homes, clinics, and trial sites. This isn't just another app. You'll build tools that help unlock insights into neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders, with the potential to improve lives at scale.
