Job Purpose The Senior Strategy & Supply Chain Associate is responsible for proactively assisting in the development of sourcing strategies that are aligned with business and program needs and then driving execution of those strategies while ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are exceeding expectations. Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Problem-Solving: Apply a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to diagnose complex supply chain challenges, identify root causes, and develop data-backed solutions. Data Analysis and Modeling: Conduct quantitative analysis using large datasets from our ERP and supply chain data. Develop and maintain analytical models to optimize key supply chain metrics such as inventory levels, lead times, and product economics. Process Optimization and Redesign: Lead high-impact projects to re-engineer core supply chain processes, leveraging best practices to drive significant improvements in efficiency, cost, and resilience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders in Engineering, Finance, and Operations. Effectively communicate complex analyses and recommendations to senior leadership, fostering alignment and driving execution. Performance Management: Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track supply chain health and project performance. Provide regular, insightful reports to management on progress against strategic objectives. Supplier and Sourcing Strategy: Collaborate with the Procurement team to analyze supplier capabilities, assess market dynamics, and develop commodity and category strategies that align with bot

About the Team The Dasher & Logistics team supports the millions of Dashers who power DoorDash's marketplace. Dasher Financial is our bet that the financial system serving gig workers should be built by the platform they already work on. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Manager to run our banking business, and to grow into the GM of it. This is a business already at scale: millions of users, it generates real revenue, and it runs on a regulated program with a sponsor bank and processor partners. But the business is also early enough that the decisions you make will help determine what this becomes. The first twelve months are about making the business stronger on every axis at once: growing the user base and the revenue levers that already work, taking down the cost to serve, and pulling more of the banking operation under our own control. These three pull against each other, and deciding how to trade them off against the P&L is the job. You'll also be the face of this business outside the company. Our processor, program manager, and sponsor bank determine what we can build, how fast, and at what cost. You'll own those relationships, hold partners to what they committed to, and sit at the table when we negotiate the next set of terms. This is a commercial role as much as an operational one. And you'll lead the team that runs it, hiring and developing operators who own their surfaces while staying hands-on yourself.
