Our System Design and Mission Assurance (SDMA) team plays a foundational role in this mission by constructing the safety case for each critical milestone. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead highly cross-functional initiatives that substantiate the safety case for Zoox’s autonomous software, vehicle platform, and operations. Your work will span both real-world and virtual environments, ensuring that the autonomy stack, robot platform, and the operations meet rigorous performance, reliability, and safety requirements. This role operates horizontally across Autonomy Software, Robot Platform, and operations, aligning validation efforts, resolving cross-domain dependencies, and ensuring cohesive execution across the system. Zoox is developing a full-stack autonomous mobility solution for our cities. As a Technical Program Manager in EE Systems, you will own the electrical and electrical-distribution program scope on vehicle programs that Zoox executes jointly with external engineering partners. You will own the RASIC, the change flow, the milestone plan, and the weekly truth about where EE stands. The harness technical lead owns the engineering content; you own the program. You'll be the connective tissue across the autonomy stack, driving the program from architecture and integration milestones through on-road validation and readiness for deployment. You'll own program strategy, execution, and risk management across hardware, embedded software, and systems integration teams, working closely with hardware engineering, PMO, perception, and platform software groups to ship on schedule.
