Job Summary: The Senior/Staff Engineer, STPG PE System will lead test development, product engineering and electrical failure analysis for automotive managed NAND and SSD BGA products across qualification, manufacturing ramp, and customer-return phases. The role partners mainly with NAND device, ASIC, firmware, and test engineering teams to deliver robust, cost-efficient test strategies, improve yield, test time, and quality, and secure the required laboratory and test infrastructure.
