The Program Management Office (PMO) at Zoox is responsible for driving cross-functional program planning and execution at the highest level. We partner with leaders from across the company in vehicle development, system design, software engineering, manufacturing, fleet operations, and business functions to develop and deliver major corporate milestones on the path to launch, and beyond. Our program managers contribute to the end to end success of technical, integrated product milestones involving both of our vehicle platforms - the Toyota Highlander test fleet and Zoox’s purpose-built robotaxi. In this role, you will: Own fleet orchestration at Zoox: Lead the cross-functional strategy and execution to massively scale Zoox's fleet and mature our fleet orchestration capabilities as we expand into new cities and states. You'll span both of our fleets — the driverless robotaxi service and the autonomous test fleet — and optimize for the best outcome for the business as a whole. Zoox’s Advanced Hardware Engineering team is in charge of delivering all the autonomous hardware, infotainment electronic control units and electrical components that go into Zoox’s future fleet of self-driving vehicles. At the heart of our hardware architecture is the Primary Compute Unit (PCU) - the compute system that runs the AI stack that enables the vehicle to drive autonomously. The Vehicle Program team ensures that this groundbreaking vehicle meets its high-performance targets while remaining on time, within budget, and to a very high-quality standard. Reporting to the Director of Vehicle Program Management, the Vehicle Program Manager will be responsible for program management and delivery of future vehicle programs within Zoox. This role serves as the technical and program lead. You will be responsible for high-impact decisions, both technical and strategic.
