Software Engineer, Agent

Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. The Agent Gateway Team The Agent Gateway team owns the identity-aware infrastructure that connects enterprise AI agents to the tools, data, and services their organizations authorize. Every call from Claude, Agentforce, Codex, and internal/homegrown agents to a resource flows through us. We enforce authorization, isolate credentials, mint the right token per target, and produce the audit trails that security teams rely on. We are early in a rapidly evolving space. The standards for agent identity (MCP, OAuth token exchange, DCR) are being built under our feet. Our roadmap includes hardening the data plane for on-premises customer deployments, extending policy semantics beyond tool-level allowlists, adding native support for Agent-to-Agent brokered delegation, and scaling to tenants with thousands of virtual MCP servers. The Senior Software Engineer Opportunity Okta is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the Agent Gateway. You will own features and components across the data and control planes, turning technical designs and product requirements into reliable production systems. Working alongside staff engineers, you will implement token exchange, request routing, credential resolution, and policy evaluation as agent identity specifications evolve. This is a hands-on software development role at the intersection of product, security, and infrastructure. You will ship services that handle agentic traffic reliably and performantly at scale. Wha

We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! About the role. We’re building the next generation of agentic AI infrastructure at Cohere. This team sits at the intersection of ML systems, distributed infrastructure, and developer experience, creating the platform that powers autonomous AI agents at scale. You’ll work on hard, forward-looking problems with few established patterns, including secure code execution, agent state management, model routing, identity and authentication, and resource management for long-running agent workflows. This role is a strong fit for someone who combines systems depth with ML intuition. You should be comfortable building reliable infrastructure, thinking through distributed systems tradeoffs, and understanding how emerging agentic capabilities shape platform design. What you’ll work on. Secure execution environments for agent-generated code Identity, authentication, and trust boundaries for agents Model routing and orchestration across different model types and environments Rate limiting, quotas, and resource management for agent workflows State management, memory, and filesystem abstractions for agents. In this role you will: Turn emerging M

Ready to build AI agents that revolutionize enterprise security? The North Security team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to create autonomous systems that handle the complex, critical tasks security practitioners face every day. Your Role: As a Senior Software Engineer focused on agentic security, you'll build intelligent systems that empower security teams. Your responsibilities will include: Build autonomous security agents that perform alert triage, secure code reviews, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessment Develop agent orchestration systems that help security practitioners automate repetitive security tasks Design and implement agent security controls to ensure our AI agents can safely interact with sensitive enterprise data Create the security infrastructure that allows agents to operate in high-trust environments with stringent deployment requirements Ship production-ready agent capabilities that run efficiently in resource-constrained environments Research and implement novel security patterns for AI agent systems, sometimes requiring custom solutions where standard libraries fall short C

You are curious and love to explore and learn new technologies. You have demonstrated the ability to build, deploy, and maintain large-scale, complex applications. You care more about solutions and impacting the customer experience than using a particular tool or framework. About the role: You will join a small, highly autonomous cross-functional team to build AI agents that fundamentally transform how operations work at scale. Instead of writing bespoke software for every workflow, we are developing an agent platform that can read operational knowledge, reason about it in context, and execute tasks end-to-end. This approach allows us to scale complexity through knowledge and reasoning, rather than simply through code. This is an opportunity to join a foundational team, which currently consists of fewer than five engineers. The work spans critical areas including LLM-powered agent design, robust backend service architecture, tool and integration development, and sophisticated knowledge infrastructure. Get to know the team The Developer Platform team at Auth0 (an Okta company) owns the platform that developers build identity on. Increasingly they build alongside AI agents, and that raises the bar on everything underneath: interfaces have to hold up whether a person or an agent is calling them, and the systems behind them have to stay reliable and coherent as usage grows. We move fast, we own problems end to end, and we care deeply about the platform we put in front of the developers and agents who depend on it. The opportunity We're hiring a Principal Engineer (P5) to serve as the technical leader and compass for the Developer Platform team. You'll work across the breadth of the platform, tackling the highly complex, vaguely specified problems that span it and turning them into clear technical direction the team can execute against, without day-to-day oversight. Above all, you'll own how the platform is architected to scale: the distributed systems behind it, the reliability and consistency guarantees developers depend on, and the coherence that keeps it easy to build on as usage grows. You'll champion the team's technical execution, raise the engineering bar, mentor the people around you, and partner with tech leads across teams to keep the wider platform aligned. You'll have real influence over how our platform holds up in a world where developers and agents are both first-class consumers. What you'll be doing Own the platform architecture: Set the tech
