This role is for a Senior Backend Software Engineer in Colombia who will be a founding member of a brand new Sales Intelligence team within GoDaddy. We're building from the ground up to transform how GoDaddy does sales. Our mission: add intelligence to lead generation and assignment, and build the right tools so sales teams can focus on what matters most—bringing in new customers. This team will build greenfield solutions, optimize existing Salesforce workflows, and leverage AI to surface the right context at the right time. Design and build intelligent lead scoring, routing, and assignment systems that directly impact sales outcomes, while implementing AI/ML-powered features using LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval systems to provide contextual intelligence to sales reps. Develop Salesforce-based solutions (Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, integrations) and build backend services and APIs in Java and TypeScript that power sales tools and AI-driven capabilities. Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Data Science teams to identify and deliver high-impact business opportunities. The Partner Solution Architect (PSA) is a Datadog expert who will work closely with Datadog’s Director of Partner Solutions Architects, and is aligned to our Channels & Alliances business segment. The PSA is responsible for supporting a variety of technical initiatives and activities for our partners (for example: cloud migration, application modernization, DevOps transformation). They are accountable for the outcome of these initiatives, and frequently collaborate with both Datadog and Partner resources to drive success.
