ROLE SUMMARY This role is part of the Office of the CEO (OCEO) and specifically supports the Sr. Director, Executive Operations & NYHQ Site Engagement Lead. The role will help design a creative approach to how we engage with NY Headquarters (NYHQ) colleagues. The role will be responsible for executing the site engagement strategy, planning and leading events/activities, writing communications, and other ad hoc projects. This role requires frequent on-site attendance at the NYHQ office, at least 3-days per week, and especially to support our on-site events. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Help develop the annual NYHQ Site Engagement plan to foster a sense of community among colleagues Plan and execute events aligned with the approved strategy to ensure success against defined performance metrics Engage with internal teams and external partners to develop a wide range of creative activities both onsite and offsite Execute communication plan in order to reach colleagues through site-wide communications (email, newsletter, Viva Engage, digital screens) Align plans to budget and monitor actual spend Create purchases orders and process invoices Work collaboratively with operational groups at NYHQ such as Global Workplace Experience, Security, Communications, Colleague Resource Groups Participate in cross-site operations network, actively sharing <span style="color:#0000

ROLE SUMMARY PGS’s Environmental Sustainability team manages environmental sustainability risks and opportunities across the enterprise and drives the integration of sustainability into business strategy, operations, product development, and supply chain management to support Pfizer’s 2040 Net Zero commitment and broader environmental ambitions. In this role, the Environmental Senior Manager is responsible for developing strategies and solutions related to climate, biodiversity and nature, and product sustainability programs across Pfizer’s internal and external manufacturing network, which includes leading projects and programs both within PGS and across Pfizer, and developing and managing plans to achieve objectives. The role applies advanced knowledge of environmental sustainability and related disciplines to design programs that enable the organization to meet strategic objectives, while anticipating internal and external business, regulatory, and compliance issues. The role partners with External Supply and Procurement to progress net zero delivery with suppliers and serves as an advisor across the organization by providing technical support and guidance, and by working collaboratively to solve problems. The teleconferences live in an online library portal, which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoint’s proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e. hedge fund analysts), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals. This is a hybrid position based in our New York City office. What you'll do: Monitor a coverage universe of public companies within the global hardware and semiconductor sector by tracking earnings releases, investor presentations, SEC filings, sell-side research and industry news. Create and moderate teleconferences on timely topics featuring an expert from Guidepoint’s network with the goal of producing actionable insights for clients.
