About the Role DoorDash is seeking a talented attorney with experience in insurance and/or personal injury litigation to join our growing legal team. The Sr. Insurance Litigation Counsel will be responsible for handling and managing a docket of litigated and pre-litigated matters. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, be execution oriented, have high business acumen, excellent analytical and writing skills, and should be enthusiastic, well organized, a team player, and self-motivated. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and a healthy dose of humor and humility are also essential. The Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs (LCCA) team is seeking a highly motivated corporate paralegal to assist with corporate governance matters and other corporate transactional matters in a fast paced, high-energy environment. The individual in this role will handle important and complex matters, effectively collaborate across teams, and possess the technical skills and professional maturity to anticipate and initiate legal tasks independently and under the direction and oversight of attorneys. This individual will work closely with key leaders in the LCCA and cross-functionally to prepare, organize and maintain corporate documents and develop efficient legal and compliance processes; all while helping the Company balance legal and business needs and risks.
