Job Scope: Direct the care and durability of building structures, roofing, façade, roads, pavements, drainage, car parks, fencing, and site infrastructure. Coordinate raw water, domestic water, water reticulation, plumbing, sanitary, sewerage, rainwater harvesting, pumping, tank, and drainage systems. Plan and complete inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, refurbishment works, and reliability improvement actions. Lead building and infrastructure projects from scope development, cost estimation, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover. Review drawings, specifications, method statements, risk assessments, schedules, quality documents, and close-out records. Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, procurement support, site coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and collaborator communication. Prepare budgets, cost estimates, technical reports, asset lifecycle plans, risk registers, and management updates. Ensure compliance with Micron EHS requirements, Malaysian regulations, authority requirements, audits, and internal standards.
