Partner with our UX research team to lead interviews, usability tests, and competitive analysis and translate findings into clear product direction and guidance Develop presentations, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design intent across web and mobile surfaces. Partner with PMs to shape requirements and with engineers to protect design intent through delivery Contribute to Showpad's design systems — adding components, documenting patterns, raising consistency across product areas Communicate design rationale through strategic storytelling: you can walk a PM, an engineer, and a senior stakeholder through the same decision and each one gets what they need Establish scalable AI-assisted workflows for your own work — research synthesis, rapid prototyping, concept generation — and help others on the team use them effectively Deliver UX solutions that measurably improve
