The Solutions Engineering Team We believe Solutions Engineers at Okta are involved in all stages of the customer’s digital transformation. Solutions Engineers are experienced using presentations, email, phone and social media to connect with customers virtually and in-person. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, highly strategic, and deeply creative Senior Program Manager, Strategic Revenue Enablement, to join the Field Enablement team at Okta. Operating as a critical individual contributor on our team, you will be one of the lead architects behind our high-impact, strategic revenue programs. You will be responsible for owning, designing, orchestrating and executing key and "always-on" initiatives engineered to accelerate pipeline creation, scale annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth, and drive rapid product adoption across the field. In this role, you will be part of a team that acts as a primary conduit between Product, Marketing, and the Field, ensuring all enablement strategies, content, and execution models are seamlessly aligned with company-wide GTM goals and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) methodologies. This is a hybrid role based in the Chicago office, requiring 2 days per week in our Chicago office.
