The Role We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own major product areas and work closely with Product and Engineering to define and design new experiences from concept through launch and iteration. This role is for a senior individual contributor who is comfortable operating with meaningful ambiguity, rapidly evolving technologies, and a fast-moving product environment. This role reports to the Head of Design. You'll be designing for the AI agents that handle customer calls and voicemails, and shaping the service and sales workflows dealerships rely on every day. Senior Product Designer (Web) ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help define the customer experience on the Web Acquisition team. This role is focused on designing UX/UI for the consumer acquisition experience across the onepeloton.com website. The candidate must think in non-linear terms: capturing interactions, edge-cases, and the various states of these experiences through deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes to high fidelity final deliverables. They should be comfortable with an agile approach to design, with an emphasis on user testing and rapid iteration.
