We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Staff Data Scientist, Finance About the Team The Finance Data Science team builds the forecasting and decision systems that power Snowflake's financial planning, operating cadence, and long-term strategy. Our work informs executive decision-making, product and go-to-market priorities, resource allocation, pricing, and cross-functional decisions across Finance, Product, Sales, and Data Science. We are expanding a driver-based revenue modeling platform that translates product and workload activity into trusted financial outcomes. The program began with one product category and will scale a common modeling and publishing framework across Snowflake's product categories. The models are highly visible, refreshed frequently, and designed for self-service scenario planning and business reviews. The Role We are hiring a Staff Data Scientist to lead the next phase of Snowflake's driver-based revenue modeling program. This role is not just about building models. It is about creating reliable, explainable, production-grade decision systems that connect upstream business and product levers to revenue outcomes. You will own high-impact, open-ended problems spanning driver identification, revenue decomposition, leading indicators, cohort and use-case modeling, scenario analysis, and multi

We partner directly with business teams to redesign high-value domains from first principles and turn them into software-defined, AI-native products. We are customer zero for Snowflake technology: we build first-of-a-kind solutions for our own teams, prove their value in production, and bring the learnings to our customers. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Observe by Snowflake is an AI-powered observability platform built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud and engineered for scale. We ingest and store logs, metrics, traces, and events on an open, scalable data lakehouse, using open formats like Apache Iceberg, at dramatically lower cost. A dynamic Context Graph and AI SRE provide rich context and automated workflows so teams can move from detection to root cause of production issue and resolution 10x faster. Leading engineering teams at companies like Capital One, Topgolf, and Dialpad rely on Observe to troubleshoot hundreds of terabytes of telemetry daily while maintaining reliability at enterprise scale. As part of Snowflake, Observe combines startup-style ownership and velocity with the global reach, operational excellence, and ecosystem of one of the world's leading data platforms. This is a rare opportunity to define the future of AI-native observability. We are hiring a Staff Frontend Software Engineer on the AI Products team, the team responsible for the most transformative, customer-facing AI capabilities at Observe.
