Staff Product Manager

The observability market is shifting from surfacing data to delivering answers. MongoDB is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead that shift for database users, owning the strategy that takes customers from raw telemetry to AI-powered diagnostics and autonomous remediation, so developers can focus on building great applications instead of managing infrastructure. You will define how MongoDB turns raw telemetry into actionable intelligence, set the vision for AI-powered root cause analysis and proactive recommendations, and shape what best-in-class database observability looks like at global scale. The ideal candidate has experience shipping products that deal with data at scale, can engage deeply with senior engineering on technical architecture, and knows how to balance long-term platform investment against near-term customer value. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model. What you'll do Define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for MongoDB observability, balancing the needs of developers, ops teams, enterprise customers, and internal engineering teams Help shape the next generation of AI-powered and agentic observability, including intelligent anomaly detection, automated root cause analysis, and proactive recommendations that help customers resolve issues before they escalate Own product strategy for experiences that span database health, performance diagnostics, alerting, log analysis, and data visualization, creating a coherent observability journey rather than a collection of disconnected tools Identify high-impact opportunities across the observability stack, from how customers monitor and understand their deployments to how MongoDB can reduce the operational burden of managing a database fleet at scale Lead customer discovery with developers, DBAs, and enterprise teams; turn qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product decisions that reduce time spent managing the database and incr

Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. Role Overview AI is rapidly changing how software is designed, built, tested, reviewed, deployed, and operated — and the industry playbook is being rewritten monthly. Okta's Developer Productivity and AI Enablement Engineering teams own building and operating the capabilities that make our engineers fast across the inner and outer development loops. This role is the product counterpart, embedded full-time with that organization, that makes those investments compound by uncovering and prioritizing frictions, bringing the outside in, driving standardize-vs-federate decisions, spreading what works across teams, funding and clearing the path for the best tools, and proving the value. We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to own developer productivity as a product across Okta's development lifecycle — AI-native and traditional tooling alike. You will start bottom-up: interviewing engineers, managers, tech leads, and architects; mapping current inner- and outer-loop tooling and the frictions; and baselining dev-cycle metrics. From there, you will own the roadmap with engineering leadership; benchmark how the best engineering organizations build with AI; define tooling requirements and/or run the tooling evaluations engineering needs in a landscape that changes monthly; find the teams inside Okta getting outsized results and turn their patterns into playbooks; lead build, buy, integrate, and standardize decisions, including the vision for reducing implementat
