The Role & Team The FP&A team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic, financial, and operational decision-making across Druva. We are looking for a highly strategic and handson Senior Manager of GTM Finance to amplify Druva’s capabilities and growth trajectory. You will be reporting to the Sr Director of GTM Finance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategy, execution, and process excellence. You will drive deep dive data analytics and strategic projects. Your efforts will directly contribute to operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. This is a highly visible role in who will directly support CRO, CMO, CFO and interact with our most critical E-staff leadership team. What You’ll Do Drive Cross-Functional Planning: Lead the end-to-end planning process for the sales teams, including ARR and revenue. Working across Sales, Renewals, Product, Channel/MSP and Marketing teams to align growth strategies with overarching financial targets. Own GTM topline Planning Model. Lead the Marketing planning process from Headcount to programs and MDF.
