About the Team Consumer Monetization builds the experiences and systems that power how customers purchase and pay for OpenAI products. Our scope spans purchasing flows, payments, subscriptions, and billing, along with the shared capabilities that support new products, offers, and distribution channels. We own both customer-facing experiences and the underlying platforms that power them. We partner closely with Product, Design, Growth, Data Science, and engineering teams across OpenAI to make purchasing effective and reliable, and new offerings easier to launch and monetize. About the Role We’re looking for experienced Staff+ engineers with deep iOS or Android expertise and demonstrated experience contributing beyond mobile to frontend web or backend development. You’ll shape and build purchasing and subscription experiences across mobile applications, web, and supporting product APIs. The work spans improving conversion, performance, and reliability, building reusable components, and enabling new product launches. You’ll combine product judgment with technical depth to set direction, lead initiatives across teams, and remain hands-on through implementation and delivery. Approximately 50% of the work will initially be native mobile development, with the remainder across web and product APIs. We’re looking for engineers who enjoy working across the stack and have concrete examples of doing so professionally. Depth in either iOS or Android is required; experience in both is not required. This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office. In this role, you will: Architect and build purchasing and subscription experiences across native mobile, mobile web, and supporting product APIs. All of this means that Pinterest Search presents a unique challenge quite unlike other search systems and the opportunity to innovate on a product that only Pinterest can build. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Staff Engineer to lead Search’s product and front-end strategy across iOS and other platforms such as Android and Web, spann

Reddit is a community of communities. It’s built on shared interests, passion, and trust, and is home to the most open and authentic conversations on the internet. Every day, Reddit users submit, vote, and comment on the topics they care most about. With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 130 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information. For more information, visit www.redditinc.com . Reddit is where 130M+ people a day come to share what they know, ask what they don't, and find their people. Every post, comment, and new format starts with our composers. We're looking for a Senior Staff engineer to be the technical anchor for how people create on Reddit across Web, iOS, and Android. You'll own the cross-client vision for contribution. That means one shared content model and set of client contracts that all three platforms build against, the performance and reliability engines underneath, and the creation surfaces on top. Our modernized composers are now live on every platform, so the next chapter is growth: making video a first-class way to create, bringing new formats to every user, and using AI to inspire contribution without writing it for people. Every bet has to earn its way through an experiment, so you'll pair architectural judgment with real rigor about what moves the metrics. This is an IC leadership role, partnering directly with Product, Design, and Data Science leadership. Key Responsibilities: Own the cross-client architecture: Define the shared contracts that Web, iOS, and Android build against, including our rich content model, GraphQL schemas, and shared UI primitives. A feature should be designed once and shipped natively everywhere, not built three bespoke ways. Make video and media first-class: Set the client architecture for video creation, editing, drafts, and upload, built to survive bad networks, app restarts, and lower-end devices. Bring new formats to every user: Establish how
