The Opportunity We're seeking a Staff Product Manager to own Flexport's Catalog, Search, and Booking roadmap within Commerce Tech. You'll work with two engineering teams and data science to improve the quality of our product catalog (~300k service offerings), ensure clients and operators can discover offerings effectively, and deliver a friction-free booking experience. This is not a single-feature role, and it's not incremental tooling. You will define the vision for how multiple operational product surfaces work together across the shipment lifecycle—from exception handling to end-to-end task automation—then execute against that vision with a high degree of autonomy. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and business outcomes. The systems you build will directly move Flexport's cost structure, throughput, and service quality, so you'll be measured not by features shipped but by the operational and financial impact you realize.
